WHY CAN I ONLY PURCHASE A KIT IN SPECIFIC COLOR PROFILES LIKE BLACK/BONE OR FOG/LIME? WHY CAN'T I MIX AND MATCH COLORS?

Great question! We design our Build Your Kit sets to create a cohesive and matching look. Each set is carefully curated to ensure all pieces complement each other perfectly. Whether you choose a monochromatic look or an offset zipper combination we believe that matching sets showcase the best of our designs. That’s why we offer discounts only when you stick to the same color profile.

CAN I STILL BUY ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT COLOR PROFILES IF I WANT TO?

Absolutely! You can mix and match colors by purchasing items individually from their product pages. Just keep in mind that if you mix colors outside of a specific profile, the Build Your Kit discount won’t apply.

DO I HAVE TO BUY ALL THREE ITEMS TO GET THE *BUILD YOUR KIT* DISCOUNT?

You can still enjoy a $100 discount when you buy just the jacket and bibs from the same color profile. Whether you add items to your cart from their individual pages or the Build Your Kit page, the discount will automatically apply as long as you stick to the same color profile.

I BOUGHT ITEMS SEPARATELY BUT NOW WANT ANOTHER PIECE. CAN I STILL GET THE *BUILD YOUR KIT* DISCOUNT?

Unfortunately, the Build Your Kit discount is only available when all items are purchased together in one transaction.

WHY ISN'T MY CART SHOWING THE *BUILD YOUR KIT* DISCOUNT?

Make sure all the items in your cart are from the same color profile. Remember, the discount applies only to a jacket and bib combo or a full set including the puffy. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to email us at info@inklineapparel.com.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Yes, sale items can be returned within 10 days, as long as they are unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Please note that Final Sale items cannot be returned. All returns must be mailed within 7 days of receiving return label to be eligible for refund.

IS THE FABRIC OF THE SHELLS GORE-TEX BRAND?

While our products aren't Gore-Tex branded, our jackets and bibs are just as waterproof, windproof, and breathable. We use our custom InkPro three-layer stretch fabric, made from 100% Nylon with a ZELAN PFC/PFA Free DWR finish for excellent water repellency. The interior is lined with a soft Nylon tricot fleece for added insulation.

THE PRODUCTS SAY ZELAN PFC/PFA FREE DWR FINISH. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

ZELAN PFC/PFA Free DWR stands for Durable Water Repellent finish that’s free of harmful PFCs and PFAs. This eco-friendly technology keeps your gear water-repellent without sacrificing breathability or performance, so you stay dry and comfortable on the slopes, no matter the conditions.

HOW WARM ARE YOUR SHELL JACKETS AND BIBS?

Warmth can be subjective, but our founder swears by the warmth of our gear. For colder days, we recommend layering with our mid-layer puffy. In milder spring weather, base layers and shells are all you need.

CAN YOU HELP WITH SIZING?

Of course! Our products have been designed to have a regular fit and we recommend you order your normal size. We recommend sizing up if you enjoy a looser fit. Check out our size charts on each product page, or email us at info@inklineapparel.com for personalized help.

HOW DOES SIZING WORK FOR THE PUFFY?

Our puffy jackets are unisex, so sizing might seem tricky. Simply refer to the size chart under your gender and choose your usual size. We also provide actual measurements to help you out. If you’re still unsure, just reach out to us at info@inklineapparel.com.

HOW DOES SIZING WORK FOR MERCH?

Our merch, like T-shirts, hats, and socks, comes in a unisex fit. Order your usual size for a regular fit, or size up for an oversized look. Got more questions? Email us at info@inklineapparel.com.

HOW CAN I MOVE THE PHONE LEASH/GOGGLE WIPE?

You can easily move the phone leash and goggle wipe between pockets. Look for the clip at the end of each item; it attaches to hooks in all three main exterior pockets on the jacket and the exterior chest pocket on the bibs. Need help? Email us at info@inklineapparel.com.

HOW CAN I REMOVE THE HOOD ON MY JACKET?

Our hoods are fully removable. Just undo the velcro and snaps inside the front collar, then unzip it all the way around the back. If the collar stands too tall, there's a snap at the back to fold it down.

HOW SHOULD I LAYER?

Our gear is designed for perfect layering. We recommend wearing leggings, a long sleeve base layer, our bibbed pants, our mid-layer puffy, and our shell jacket. For more tips, check out our layering guide page.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your InkLine gear performing at its best, always check the care instructions inside your garment or on the product page.

Here are some general tips to help extend the life of your gear:

Care for Shell Products

  • Machine wash warm, separately
  • Double rinse
  • Avoid fabric softeners and bleach
  • Close all fastenings before washing
  • Tumble dry on low heat
  • Do not iron or dry-clean
  • Remove from the washer promptly and avoid leaving wet


Care for Puffers

  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle with low settings
  • Tumble dry on low with tennis balls to maintain loft
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
  • Wash dark colors separately
  • Do not dry clean or iron
  • For top-load washers, use a mesh bag; front-load washers are recommended
  • Double rinse for best results

DO YOU ACCEPT SPLIT PAYMENTS?

Currently, we’re unable to accept split payments (using multiple payment methods for a single order). We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

If you find that you made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchasing at info@inklineapparel.com, and we will try our best to make these changes for you!  Since our orders are fulfilled quickly we cannot guarantee a change will be possible. Once an order is fulfilled and the shipping label has been printed we are not able to update the shipping information or the contents of your order. The order will be shipped to the original shipping address input at the time of checkout. We are not liable for any packages that are not received or lost due to a shipping address input error.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?

We aim to process and ship orders swiftly, so once an order is confirmed, we can't cancel it. If you need to return any items, please wait for your shipment and then refer to our Shipping & Returns page for instructions.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING OR ADJUSTMENTS?

At this time, we do not provide price matching or adjustments. Our pricing reflects the quality and detail we put into every piece.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your InkLine gear, but if you need to make a return, we've got you covered. You can return any item in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached—within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus a $10 return shipping label fee. *EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS* Orders purchased between December 1st - December 20th will have until January 10th to return. Orders placed after December 20th will adhere to our standard 10 day return timeframe. Please ensure that all tags are attached as received, as we reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or damage.

Take care when trying on our products; items with make-up, odors, stains, or hair will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Final Sale items are non-returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Remember to obtain a receipt when dropping off your return, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of return. If a return is not shipped back within the allotted time, it will no longer be eligible for return. All returns must be mailed within 7 days of receiving the return label to be eligible for a refund.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To start a return, visit your customer account portal within 10 days of delivery. Once you login, click on your order details and then click "Request Return." Click here to start a return.

You will receive a return label once we review the return request. We recommend using our $10 printable return shipping label that will be emailed to you. The $10 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip that came with your order. Ensure items are unworn with tags still attached. If a return doesn't meet these criteria, it will be sent back to you. If you need assistance, email us at info@inklineapparel.com and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

All items must be mailed within 7 days of receiving the return label to be eligible for a refund.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We don't offer exchanges directly. To get a different item, return your purchase within 10 days and place a new order. If you're worried about an item selling out, place the new order right away and return the original later.

HOW MUCH DO RETURNS COST?

A $10 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.

WHAT IF I NEED TO SWAP AN ITEM FROM THE BUILD YOUR KIT PAGE FOR A NEW SIZE? CAN I STILL RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT?

If you need a different size, contact us at info@inklineapparel.com within 10 days. We’ll give you a one-time discount code to honor your original discount. Just return the unwanted item and use the code for your new purchase.

WARRANTY

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, all our products come with a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. This applies to items that are in their original, unaltered, and unmodified condition. If we identify a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll replace the item at our discretion. However, please note that we cannot guarantee an exact replacement due to potential differences in current colors and styles. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative color or style. This warranty does not cover incidental damages, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural aging of colors and materials. Final Sale items are excluded from this warranty. WHAT IS AND ISN'T COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY?

Our 365-day warranty covers manufacturing defects in original, unaltered, and unmodified products. Replacements are provided at InkLine’s discretion. The warranty excludes incidental damages, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials. Examples of non-covered issues include stains from food or liquids, cuts at the bottom of pant legs from skis, cosmetic dirt stains, and reasonable wear and tear from everyday use. If you’re unsure whether your issue is covered, please contact us. Damaged or defective items must be returned to us via a prepaid label for inspection, helping us improve future products.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS FOR RIPS AND TEARS?

Currently, we don't have a repair service, but we're working on developing options for repairs, upcycling, and reuse. If your InkLine product has a manufacturing defect within 365 days of purchase, contact us for a possible replacement. We value your feedback on our products' quality, sizing, and fit—let us know how we can improve!

HOW CAN I GET HELP WITH A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you find a manufacturing defect in your InkLine product, contact our team at info@inklineapparel.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps and do our best to resolve the problem. Remember, manufacturing defects don't include damages from normal wear and tear, spills, improper care, or the natural aging of the product.
